Extraordinary birthday surprise!

The staff made my husband's birthday lovely with a surprise cake and song. The breakfast was fantastic, and the ambiance was warm and cute. I loved the superior service from Emmanuel and Moses, who enhanced our experience.

Although the amenities were solid, I felt the hotel rates were quite high in general was nice. There's limited privacy entering the building, which I found a bit unsettling.

Good-sized and soundproof room with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. Quiet and absolutely perfect location, easy walk to everywhere.

The TV system needs an overhaul. Trouble with channels in rooms and by the pool!!! More privacy entering the building would be appreciated. A heated pool could enhance the experience too!!!

Exceptional hotel in an excellent location in a lush hilly area with a beautiful vista, the services were excellent. Location: the venue was next to the restaurant as well as Kigali for the commemoration of the 24th Anniversary of the Genocide against the Tutsi.

More shaded seating by the pool would be nice.

Had a blast here! The breakfast was mind-blowing each morning, you'd easily find something you loved. My bed seemed like a cloud, perfect after a long day out. Just wish the bar stayed open a little longer! Service was super friendly.

Park inn has a fantastic location, so close to the city centre! The staff was warm and cute, especially ms. Carine at the front desk who upgraded my room and arranged a baby cot for my little one. The gym and swimming pool were also great perks to enjoy.

I encountered some minor issues with noise from adjacent rooms and the gym being crowded at peak times, which detracted from the experience.

I had the pleasure of soaking in fine views from my room on the 5th floor, where tranquility embraced me every single night. Room service was impressively prompt, allowing me to customize my meal just the way I liked it. The breakfast was a good affair too, bursting with fresh fruits and delicious options.

The manager and staff were amazing when I got sick, helping me get to the hospital and back. The spa and outdoor pool were perfect for relaxing after a hectic day. Just a heads up, the shuttle service from the airport seemed a bit pricey, so consider arranging a taxi instead. 🌟
